Over the last 10+ years, Dr Gurs Sehmi (Founder of The Wraysbury Clinic) has been helping patients from around the world, many of whom have very complex dental needs. This means that we are very capable of helping our patients from the most complex problems right down to everyday care and preventative treatment.

We firmly believe that if we can help and educate our patients on how to maintain their own dental health, to reduce the amount of treatment they need in the future. ​The good news is that maintaining a healthy smile is easy, and even high-quality private care does not need to be expensive.
We have membership plans starting from just £28 per month. This will cover your routine check-up and dental hygiene costs, and give you access to reduced fees for any other treatments you may require.
A new style of dental care.
Historically, you would have seen the dentist every 6 months or so, and they would have done a quick clean as part of your check-up. This was before the days of Dental Therapists.
A Dental Therapist is a highly-trained dental hygienist, who can do almost everything a dentist can: health checks, x-rays and fillings. The advantage of seeing a dental therapist is that it saves you a lot of time, especially if you just need a quick check-up and hygiene treatment. Our Dental Therapists are also highly familiar with dental implants, as we perform a lot of these treatments for our patients. Cleaning around dental implants requires more specialist instruments, so as not to damage the surface.
If it turns out that you may need some more complex treatment, then we can often arrange video calls with an appropriate clinician, which is often more convenient.
Complex care dentistry.
Many patients will travel from around the world to have treatment with us.
We can help patients with many complex needs, this can range from improving the appearance of a few teeth, to a complete full mouth rebuild.
